Finnally I found myself some time to write something.

 

It was a speech givn by prof. Chan kim, who teaches in a business school localed in Paris. Regardless of his famous book and new strategy, I admir him for his personality and vigour.  He has an average height of Asian people, which is a bit of short among the Europeans. I believe he needs more personal charm and ability,such as napoleon, picasso.

 

Then, to the book part, I think it is very new and visulized to use blue ocean and red ocean comparied to the uncontested market and bloody competition market. But it seems like  the idea already is existed in people's mind, and he is the one to speak it out, turn it into a book..  Everyone wants to have a unique way, with less competition,don't we?  

 

Another question is , I don't think we can stay in blue ocean. It is a good way to conquer a castle, but not a good way to protect one. Once we take the market share with blue ocean,  it means the ocean will be filled with blood soon. Because others see the profit, they want to share.  Then we go to find another blue ocean, which is maybe more deeper, and uncertained. It might be more risky than remaining in the original red ocean.  And speaking with the risky , I assume blue ocean strategy is high risky, but with high profit. 

 

This reminds me when I was in high school. I won the first prize of a writing essay competition by writing a novel with very simple silly words, while others  wrote treatizes with examples and arguments. I thought I used the blue ocean strategy, so I won the game. The experience is amazing because I always got failed in that subject.  But I never won again, although I tried to wrote things like that. Since there are other people know this way, and they have more beautiful words than me. 

 

 I will never forget the joy of success then, but It teaches me at the some time that it is better to learn something stably than excepting an occasional chance!
